Protect Yourself From Cell phone Radiation With Rosemary

We are all aware of the negative consequences of the unhealthy radiation levels we are exposed to due to the use of cell phones.

Yet, studies have shown that the long-term exposure leads to DNA damage, which disrupts cell growth and the production of protein, cancer, and weakened immunity.

In 2011, cell phone radiation was stated to be a “possible human carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC).

According to the findings of an industry study which lasted for 6 years, human blood exposure to cell phone radiation increases the genetic damage in the form of micronuclei by 300 percent.

These are the health dangers of the exposure to cell phone radiation:

  • Chronic fatigue
  • Insomnia
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Memory issues
  • Depression
  • Heart palpitations
  • Digestive problems
  • Chronic stress

Fortunately, you can lower the risk of radiation in completely natural ways.

Rosemary and rosemary essential oil are potent weapons against radiation damage.

The British Journal of Radiology, February 2, 2009, reported the discovery of a study that rosemary contains soluble carnosol and carnosic acids which “provide highly significant protective anti-mutagenic activity”.

Rosmarinic acid serves as a photo-protector both by fighting free radicals and stimulating the natural defense mechanisms of the body.  It is able to delay the toxic production, and the protection factor was 3.34 times greater than for other compounds involved in the study.

Here is how to prepare rosemary tea and use the properties of this beneficial herb:

  • 2-3 teaspoons finely chopped leaves
  • 2 cups boiled water

You should simply put the chopped rosemary in the cup, and pour the boiled water over it, leave it to steep for 5-10 minutes, and drink it regularly.

You can also mix rosemary essential oil with some carrier oil (like coconut, jojoba, avocado oil). Then, apply the mixture on the bottom of the feet.

Moreover, sprinkle the oil onto a cloth or tissue or use a diffuser or vaporizer, to inhale this beneficial essential oil.
